fried chicken
when it comes to word fried chicken, the first thing that comes through our mind is the view of the fried chicken we saw in some commercials in television,the way the actress/actors bite it and show us the tenderness of the fried chicken, but in reality when we do it at home ,the out come is we are not satisfied. sometime when we are frying we all experience the moment that we over cooked it ,then if we bite it it was so hard as rock. so here i am to show you how to make your fried chicken tender even if it gets over cooked. first we have to prepare the ingredients these are ;
*the chicken legs/wings(it depends on you which part of the chicken you want to fry)
*eggs
*calamansi
*chicken breading/all purpose flour
{procedures}
*first we have to prepare a bowl and put the chicken into it and put all the ingredients(eggs,calamansi,and chicken breading/ all purpose flour) and set it aside for 30 m./1 hour
*put another set of chicken breading /all purpose flour into another bowl .when the food is ready we can start.
*take out a piece of chicken and dip it into flour and do it again then put it into a frying pan with a lot of cooking oil deep fry it until its golden brown .
*then serve it with a smile .
Catastrophes and Remedies
1. If the dish is too salty, peeled raw and peeled potatoes added during cooking will absorb excess salt. When cooking an adobo and it turns out to be too acidic, add sugar.

5. To correct the sauce too thick: heat until boiling, then shake, tablespoon, a little cream or broth until the consistency is correct. Use a wooden spoon, spatula or whisk and scrape the bottom of the pan while stirring.
6. To repair a sauce that is too thin, mix a teaspoon. Wheat flour with a teaspoon. of soft butter, or more if needed, always in the same amount. Beat the spicy sauce, away from heat, until smooth. Boil one or two minutes. to remove it the taste of raw flour. .
7. To make a perfect the thick sauce, filter or shake with a mixer until it become smooth.
